Let’s work together
A system, a coach and a belief built around you.
What I offer
Four ways I help you keep going
Most people mix and match: sessions with me in the gym, then meal tracking and a weekly check-in to keep the momentum going in between.
-
1:1 personal training
Just you and me. Every session is planned around your goals, your body and what you enjoy, and I push you a little further each time. You’ll learn how to use the weights and machines properly, so you can train with confidence on your own too.

Small group sessions
Train with a few others: the same coaching and the same eye on your form, with the energy of a group and a good laugh along the way. Book on your own, or with a friend or partner.

Meal tracking
Training is half of it. Tracking what you eat shows us both what’s working and what to change, without guesswork. If you’ve never tracked before, I’ll show you how to start simply.

Weekly check-ins
Every week we look at your training, your food and how you feel, and adjust your programme. It’s the accountability and support that stops you starting over.

Getting started
How it works
-
Book your first session
Choose a 1:1 or a small group session and a time that suits you, online.
-
Tell me about you
Your goal, your training so far, your health and anything that gets in the way. Be as detailed as you like: it all shapes your programme.
-
Train with a plan
A programme built around you, with sessions together and work you can do on your own.
-
Check in, adjust, repeat
Weekly check-ins keep you on track, and the plan changes as you do.
Training on your own? Try The Upper Lower Method
My 12-week, 4-day upper/lower gym programme for all experience levels, built around the squat, bench and deadlift, with a spreadsheet to track every set.
Questions people ask
I’ve never been to a gym. Is this for me?
Yes. Plenty of the people I train were brand new to the gym, or nervous about it, when they started. We begin where you are, I show you around and explain everything, and we build from there at a pace that suits you.
Where are the sessions?
At New Mills in Idle, Bradford (BD10). If you’re not sure how to find it, get in touch and I’ll send you directions.
What’s the difference between 1:1 and small group sessions?
A 1:1 session is just you and me, planned entirely around you. A small group session is training alongside a few others: you still get coaching on your form, with the energy and company of a group. Lots of people like a mix of the two.
I have an injury or a health condition. Can I still train?
Tell me about it before your first session. I ask about your health before we start, and if anything needs it, I’ll ask you to check with your doctor first. From there, sessions are built around what you can do.
Do I have to track my meals?
Meal tracking is there to help, not to make you miserable. It shows us what’s working and what to change. We’ll talk about what suits you, and I’ll show you how to start simply.
