The training and nutrition advice on this website and in its blog is general. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice about your own health. Enquiries and bookings

A message, enquiry or booking made through this website is confirmed only when we confirm it to you, by email or in person. Ella’s own terms for personal training are provided when your training is agreed, before your first session.

The words, pictures and design of this website belong to Ella Whitfield PT, or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share and print them for your own use, but please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
